We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Dark Store Manager to oversee our operations in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. As the Dark Store Manager, you will be responsible for managing our dark store operations, ensuring that we meet our customer service goals and maintain high standards of efficiency and productivity.

Responsibilities

Oversee daily operations of the dark store, ensuring efficient workflow and adherence to company policies.

Manage inventory levels and coordinate stock replenishment to ensure product availability for online orders.

Implement and monitor performance metrics to enhance operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.

Lead and train a team of staff, fostering a positive work environment and promoting professional development.

Collaborate with the logistics team to streamline order fulfillment and delivery processes.

Conduct regular audits of inventory and processes to identify areas for improvement.

Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and maintain a clean and safe working environment.

Analyze sales data and customer feedback to inform decision-making and strategic planning.

Develop and implement strategies to reduce operational costs while maintaining service quality.

Preferred Candidate

Proven experience in retail management or logistics, preferably in a dark store or e-commerce environment.

Fluency in English; knowledge of Arabic is a plus.
