Role Overview
As CEO and Co‑Founder of Remit Now Pay Later, you will be the driving force behind our startup's vision and strategic direction. Your leadership will shape the future of the startup as you manage operations, build a high‑performing team, drive customer acquisition, work on license approvals and steer growth through product innovation and partnerships. You will bring a proven track record in the Remittance or BNPL or Credit industry and a deep understanding of the KSA remittance ecosystem.

As a passionate ambassador for our mission, you will take ownership of the startup’s financial and operational performance, investor relations, and regulatory compliance in the evolving landscape of digital finance in Saudi Arabia.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement a clear, growth-focused business strategy for RNPL.
• Set short- and long-term goals aligned with our mission, culture, and vision.
• Oversee market analysis, identify key trends, and ensure competitive positioning.
• Lead day-to-day operations, including risk management, compliance, marketing, sales, business development, and product innovation.
• Develop and implement effective strategies to manage credit risk, ensuring proactive measures to minimize non-performing loans (NPLs) while balancing customer accessibility and repayment flexibility.
• Continuously analyze and refine credit assessment models to reduce default rates and ensure sustainable portfolio health.
• Drive operational efficiency while maintaining the highest standards of customer experience and data security.
• Spearhead branding, marketing, and customer acquisition strategies.
• Foster strong relationships with key partners and stakeholders, including payment providers, banks, and regulatory bodies.
• Attract, develop, and retain a top-tier team; cultivate a high-performance, mission-driven culture.
• Champion employee growth, development, and engagement to build future leaders of RNPL.
• Manage investor communications, prepare board presentations, and report on performance metrics.
• Oversee financial health and ensure alignment with growth goals and regulatory standards.

Qualifications

• 15+ years in KSA Remittance, BNPL, or credit solutions with a proven track record in a senior leadership role, ideally in the KSA ecosystem.
• Strong strategic, operational, and financial acumen with experience in business development, risk management, and compliance.
• Visionary leader with a growth mindset, entrepreneurial spirit, and a passion for financial inclusion and digital transformation.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, capable of inspiring a team and leading with clarity and purpose.
