• Develop, implement, and manage asset management strategies for various projects to drive operational efficiency and profitability
• Conduct comprehensive analysis of asset performance, market conditions, and industry trends to inform decision-making
• Collaborate with cross-disciplinary teams, including Finance, Operations, and Development, to ensure that asset management practices align with overall business goals
• Foster relationships with external stakeholders, including operators, investors, and regulatory bodies, to facilitate effective asset management
• Monitor and report asset performance against established KPIs, making recommendations for operational improvements
• Prepare detailed reports and presentations for senior leadership highlighting asset performance, growth opportunities, and strategic initiatives
• Lead and mentor junior staff within the Asset Management team, promoting a culture of continuous development and excellence

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate, Finance, or a related field; a Master's degree is preferred
• Proven experience (7+ years) in Asset Management or a relevant role within the real estate, hospitality, or entertainment sectors
• Strong understanding of financial analysis, asset valuation, and market research methodologies
• Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills with a demonstrated ability to work collaboratively
• Exceptional analytical and problem-solving capabilities
• Proficient in asset management software, financial modeling, and Microsoft Office Suite
