As a Facilities Manager at JASARA PMC, you will oversee the day-to-day operations of our facilities, ensuring a safe, efficient, and well-maintained environment for all employees and visitors. This role demands strategic planning, leadership, and hands‑on management to optimize performance across maintenance, operations, and safety protocols. You will be responsible for developing and implementing facility management strategies that align with our overall organizational goals.

The ideal candidate will possess significant experience in facilities management, a solid understanding of building systems, and the ability to lead a team effectively. You will be tasked with developing maintenance schedules, managing budgets, and ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations. Your leadership will foster a productive workplace where our teams can thrive.

Responsibilities
  • Oversee facility operations and maintenance to ensure the highest standards of safety and functionality
  • Develop and implement facility management plans, policies, and procedures
  • Manage maintenance schedules and coordinate repairs and improvements
  • Lead and supervise facility staff and contractors
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations
  • Monitor and manage facility budgets, optimizing resource allocation
  • Conduct regular inspections of facilities to identify issues and potential improvements
  • Coordinate with various departments to ensure effective facility operations
  • Provide regular reporting on facility performance and maintenance activities
  • Train employees on facility protocols and standards
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Facilities Management, Engineering, or a related field
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in facilities management or a similar role
  • Strong understanding of building systems and maintenance practices
  • Demonstrated experience in budget management and resource allocation
  • Knowledge of health and safety regulations and compliance
  • Excellent leadership, problem‑solving, and organizational skills
  • Strong verbal and written communication abilities
  • Proficient in facility management software and computer applications
  • Ability to work collaboratively across various teams and departments
  • Certification in Facilities Management (e.g. CFM, FMP) is a plus
