Minimum of 70% travel to Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. Applicants must be flexible, comfortable with frequent travel, and eligible to travel on a business visa. A strong commitment to being present where the work happens is essential.

• Define and manage the project's scope, estimating costs, determining budgets, and identifying quality requirements.
• Plan, define and develop schedules and activities, estimating resources and activity durations.
• Manage changes to the project scope, organize schedules, control costs and margins, maintain awareness of potential interdependencies with other projects.
• Define budget and allocate resources efficiently, ensuring project goals within budget and timing.
• Establish and maintain relationships with stakeholders within the project scope.
• Perform risk management, identifying risks, assessing them, developing mitigation strategies, reporting unresolved issues.
• Manage all project’s workload, analyze the team’s progress, and prepare status reports.
• Ensure project team members are aligned with clients' needs.
• Promote continuous improvement of structures, processes, and tools that support team productivity and add value for the client.
• Guarantee timely delivery of project deliverables and compliance with quality standards.
• Lead and coach the team, ensuring appropriate assessment, support, and development of team members.
• Stay up to date on emerging technologies and industry trends, providing insights and advice on new opportunities.
• Be compliant with internal procedures, policies and guidelines, and external regulations.
• Be aware of new opportunities/projects with customers.
• Coach, motivate, and guide team members to continuously improve performance in scope, budget, and schedule.

• 8–10 years of experience in Project Management, defining objectives, scope, deliverables, creating and managing project plans, schedules, budgets, and resources.
• Analytical, detail-oriented, able to analyze data and information, identify trends, and provide insights for decision-making.
• Proficient in risk management, mitigating risks and issues to ensure project success.
• Knowledge of P&L, budgeting, forecasting, and financial control throughout the project life cycle.
• Experience with waterfall and agile frameworks.
• Commitment to continuous professional development and staying current with industry trends and best practices.

• Project Management certification (PMP, Prince2, or similar).

• Excellent interpersonal skills to build and maintain positive relationships with stakeholders and resolve conflicts.
• Coordination skills to manage multiple projects, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines while maintaining quality standards.
• People-oriented, understanding the needs and concerns of people involved in the project.
• Strong leadership – coaching, motivating, inspiring team members, establishing a shared vision, and leading by example.
• Exceptional communication skills for stakeholder management and project coordination.
• Problem-solving ability, developing creative solutions and making data-driven decisions.
