We are seeking an experienced Risk Manager to identify, assess, and mitigate risks across multiple projects and organizational functions. The ideal candidate will establish and maintain risk management frameworks, conduct risk analyses, monitor critical issues, and support leadership in making informed decisions to protect project performance, financial outcomes, and operational stability.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive risk management framework for projects and operational functions.
  • Identify potential risks related to schedule, cost, safety, quality, contractual obligations, and operational processes.
  • Conduct qualitative and quantitative risk assessments, including probability and impact analysis.
  • Maintain a risk register and track mitigation plans, ownership, and progress updates.
  • Work closely with project managers and senior leadership to implement risk mitigation and contingency strategies.
  • Monitor early warning indicators and elevate critical risks to management.
  • Conduct root‑cause analysis for incidents, delays, or budget deviations.
  • Provide risk‑related input during tendering, planning, and project execution stages.
  • Prepare regular risk reports, dashboards, and presentations for executive review.
  • Facilitate risk workshops, training sessions, and awareness programs for project teams.
  • Support compliance with internal policies, contractual requirements, and industry standards.
  • Assist in business continuity planning and crisis response readiness.
Qualifications & Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Risk Management, Project Management, or a related field; professional certifications (e.g., PMI‑RMP, ISO 31000) are an advantage.
  • Proven experience working as a Risk Manager or in a senior risk, project control, or planning role within construction or infrastructure projects.
  • Strong understanding of risk identification, assessment methodologies, and mitigation strategies.
  • Proficiency in risk management tools and software.
  • Excellent analytical, numerical, and problem‑solving skills.
  • Strong presentation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to work with cross‑functional teams and handle complex, multi‑project environments.
