Logistics Director

JASARA PMC is seeking a highly qualified Logistics Director to join its dynamic team. As a leader in Civil Engineering focused on delivering Social Infrastructure projects across Saudi Arabia, the Logistics Director will be responsible for crafting and executing logistics strategies that effectively support JASARA's ambitious project agenda. This role entails managing and optimizing logistics operations, ensuring efficient distribution of materials, and facilitating seamless communication between various project teams.

• Develop overarching logistics strategies that align with project goals and enhance operational performance.
• Lead and supervise the logistics team, ensuring high levels of team engagement and operational excellence.
• Forge and maintain strong partnerships with suppliers, contractors, and governmental agencies.
• Track and analyze logistics metrics to drive continued improvements and cost-effectiveness.
• Ensure adherence to all relevant regulations, standards, and best practices in logistics management.
• Conduct risk assessments and implement appropriate mitigation strategies for all logistics processes.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to integrate logistics seamlessly with overall project management and execution.

• Bachelor's Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in logistics management, with at least 5 years in a leadership role, preferably in the construction or civil engineering sector.
• Proven success in developing logistics strategies that improve efficiency and reduce costs.
• Strong analytical capabilities and experience with logistics performance metrics.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills; proficiency in both Arabic and English is essential.
• Familiarity with logistics management systems and software.
• Proven leadership experience with a capacity to manage and inspire diverse teams.
