Director - Warehouses Real Estate Development & Logistics Operations
Ultimate Peaks is searching for a dynamic and experienced Director of Real Estate Development & Logistics Operations to spearhead the strategic growth and operational efficiency of our real estate and logistics ventures across Saudi Arabia.
In this pivotal role, you will drive the planning, execution, and management of all phases of real estate projects while ensuring that our logistics operations align with our development objectives. Your leadership will be crucial in expanding our property portfolio, enhancing operational workflows, and optimizing supply chain logistics.
Key Responsibilities- Lead the end-to-end development of real estate projects, from feasibility analysis and site selection to design, construction, and completion.
- Oversee logistics operations, ensuring efficiency in supply chain management and adherence to budgetary constraints.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams including finance, marketing, and construction to ensure project goals are met.
- Develop and maintain relationships with stakeholders, including government agencies, contractors, and investors.
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify development opportunities that align with the company's strategic goals.
- Implement advanced logistics solutions to enhance service delivery and operational efficiency.
- Monitor industry trends and regulatory changes affecting real estate and logistics operations.
- 10+ years of experience in real estate development, construction management, and logistics operations.
- Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Business, Engineering, or a related field; advanced degree or MBA preferred.
- Proven track record of successful project management and operational leadership.
- Strong knowledge of Saudi Arabian real estate laws and regulations.
- Exceptional negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive strategic initiatives.
Fluency in Arabic is preferred; proficiency in English is required.
