This role oversee the development, implementation and continuous strengthening of Tanmiah’s governance frameworks, to ensure full alignment with Saudi regulatory requirements, international best practices. The position is central in promoting transparency, accountability across all operations.

Responsibilities

• Ensure the implementation of directives related to defining and establishing governance procedures and controls to ensure compliance with applicable regulatory and legal requirements, as well as leading the IT governance process across all program departments.
• Oversee the preparation, review, and development of processes, procedures, and business models in coordination with Tanmiah’s departments.
• Promote a culture of compliance and quality by contributing to the development of appropriate mechanisms for all initiatives to achieve effective integration among Tanmiah’s operations.
• Develop the governance framework and oversee the implementation of governance processes within Tanmiah.
• Supervise the development of governance-related policies.
• Review and assess roles and responsibilities for Tanmiah’s operations, including the authority matrix and delegation of authority limits.
• Review the governance framework, develop related policies, and promote its principles of fairness, transparency, and accountability.
• Oversee the preparation of the annual governance report and periodic governance reports.
• Lead workshops and awareness sessions for employees on corporate governance policies.
• Monitor progress in implementing corrective and preventive actions and close governance-related non-conformities.
• Provide performance reports on compliance with governance policies and procedures within Tanmiah.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Governance, Law, or a related or equivalent major.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in governance, including at least 5 years in a leadership role.
• Strong knowledge of Saudi regulatory frameworks and corporate governance standards.
• Excellent communication and report-writing skills in both Arabic and English.

Conditions:

• Full-time (Sunday to Thursday).
