Project Manager, Program ​/ Project Manager, Operations Manager

Managed Services is on the lookout for a Project Manager who is passionate about leading projects to success. In this role, you will oversee the planning, execution, and completion of various projects, ensuring they meet quality benchmarks and adhere to deadlines and budgets. As a vital member of our team, you will collaborate with cross‑functional groups, maintain stakeholder relationships, and drive the continuous improvement of project methodologies.

• Develop and manage detailed project plans that outline the scope, timeline, and necessary resources.
• Coordinate with clients and team members to establish and track project milestones and deliverables.
• Ensure projects are executed in alignment with organizational goals and client expectations.
• Analyze project risks and devise effective mitigation strategies to ensure success.
• Monitor project budgets and timelines, providing regular updates to senior management.
• Facilitate project meetings and ensure clear communication across all stakeholders.
• Implement best practices and lessons learned to enhance project delivery performance.

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Business or Engineering.
• PMP or similar project management certification is preferred.
• Minimum of 4-6 years of experience in project management, with a focus on technology or service delivery.
• Proven B2G and or B2B Experience
• Proven ability to manage budgets, timelines, and project deliverables effectively.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills, with a strong ability to build relationships.
• Proficiency in project management software tools and methodologies.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage changing priorities.
