Full oversight of supply chain and distribution management, warehouses, resource preparation, maintenance, and expansion into new cities, ensuring operational efficiency and achieving the company's goals for growth and service expansion.
Job Responsibilities- Supply Chain and Distribution Management
- Manage supply, distribution, and procurement chains.
- Plan and oversee the flow of consumables and logistics to all branches.
- Ensure fast and efficient distribution for suppliers and bikers across various regions.
- Negotiate with suppliers and unify supply channels to ensure efficiency and cost savings.
- Supervise storage operations, and the receiving and issuing of materials and equipment.
- Monitor inventory regularly to ensure required quantities are available without shortage or surplus.
- Implement regular inventory systems and provide accurate monthly reports.
- Supervise the smooth and efficient launch of new branches according to quality standards.
- Study and analyze operational, human, and logistical needs for each city.
- Develop and implement training plans for bikers and supervisors to ensure operational readiness.
- Prepare motorcycles and equipment according to approved quality standards.
- Coordinate with operations teams to ensure resources are ready before official launch.
- Supervise regular maintenance and repair of motorcycles and equipment.
- Ensure quick response to emergency breakdowns and provide immediate solutions.
- Apply preventive maintenance plans to minimize breakdowns and reduce operational downtime.
- Plan and coordinate the launch and operation of branches in targeted cities.
- Experience
Required:
4-8 years in the field.
- Experience in supply chain and operational management.
- Proficiency in inventory and stock management software.
- Ability to analyze operational data and make data-driven decisions.
- In-depth understanding of storage, transportation, and distribution procedures.
- Skilled in preparing monthly and annual reports and measuring operational performance.
- Familiarity with preventive maintenance operations and workshop management.
- Experience dealing with suppliers, contracts, and monitoring supply performance.
- Advanced understanding of occupational safety and health procedures in operational environments.
- Leadership, management, financial literacy, and development orientation.
Skills and Abilities
