We are seeking a highly experienced Project Director to lead the delivery of a landmark high-rise mixed-use development in Riyadh. The role will act as the Client’s senior representative, accountable for overall programme, cost, quality, governance, and stakeholder management across the full project lifecycle, including design, construction, handover, and defects liability period.

• Act as the Client’s senior representative and single point of accountability for project delivery
• Lead and oversee all PMC functions, including design management, project controls, cost/commercial, HSE, QA/QC, and reporting
• Establish and enforce the Project Action Plan (PAP), governance framework, and reporting structure
• Manage senior stakeholder relationships, including Client, authorities, designers, and contractors
• Ensure alignment with Saudi regulations, Vision 2030 objectives, and international best practices (FIDIC, PMI, ISO)
• Monitor programme, cost, and risk performance, approving recovery strategies where required
• Oversee authority approvals, major procurement milestones, and contract administration
• Lead executive reporting, providing clear, data-driven recommendations to the Client

• Degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Architecture, or related discipline
• Minimum 20 years’ experience
  , including senior leadership roles on large-scale developments
• Proven delivery of high-rise, mixed-use, or mega-projects within KSA or the GCC
• Strong background in PMC or client-side project leadership
• Excellent stakeholder management and governance capability
• Chartered status (RICS, PMI, CIOB, or equivalent) preferred

• Deliver flagship projects shaping Riyadh’s urban future
• Work within a senior, highly respected PMC leadership team
• Long-term programme with strong client visibility and autonomy
