We are an established investment firm specializing in real estate, seeking a dedicated and experienced Project Manager to oversee our facilities projects in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the planning, execution, and completion of various projects related to property development and facility management. This role requires a strategic mindset, strong organizational skills, and the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams, stakeholders, and contractors.

The Project Manager will ensure that projects are delivered on time, within budget, and in alignment with our company’s goals and standards.

Responsibilities
  • Develop, implement, and manage project plans for facilities projects, ensuring all objectives and deliverables are clearly defined.
  • Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders to facilitate smooth project execution and adherence to timelines.
  • Monitor project progress, prepare status reports, and communicate updates to stakeholders, ensuring transparency throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Identify potential risks and issues related to project execution, implementing effective mitigation strategies to minimize impact.
  • Ensure compliance with local regulations, safety standards, and quality assurance practices throughout all project phases.
  • Manage project budgets, tracking expenses, and ensuring financial resources are allocated effectively to meet project objectives.
  • Conduct regular site visits to assess project progress, quality of work, and adherence to timelines and specifications.
  • Facilitate project meetings, ensuring clear communication and collaboration among all team members and stakeholders.
  • Evaluate project outcomes upon completion, gathering feedback to identify areas for improvement in future projects.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in real estate and facilities management.
  • Preferred Candidate
  • Demonstrated experience as a Project Manager in the real estate sector, with a strong portfolio of successfully completed facilities projects.
  • Exceptional leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate teams and foster a collaborative work environment.
  • Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities, with a keen attention to detail in managing projects.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of engaging effectively with various stakeholders, including clients and contractors.
  • Proficiency in project management software, such as Microsoft Project, Primavera, or similar tools, to enhance project tracking and reporting.
  • Relevant certifications, such as PMP or PRINCE2, are highly advantageous and demonstrate a commitment to professional excellence.
  • Ability to adapt to changing project requirements and maintain composure under pressure while managing multiple priorities.
  • Strong negotiation skills to manage contracts and vendor relationships effectively.
  • A proactive approach to professional development, staying current with trends and innovations in real estate and facilities management.
