Startup Portfolio: Operations Manager

An Investment Company is seeking a highly experienced Operations Manager for Riyadh Branch to oversee and support the performance, growth, and strategic development of a diverse portfolio of startup ventures. The candidate must possess strong operational leadership and a deep understanding of early‑stage company start‑ups.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and optimize operational performance across all portfolio startups.
• Develop and implement operational systems and procedures.
• Manage projects to ensure objectives are met.
• Support founders in business development and sales to drive growth.
• Handle public relations and communication with partners and investors.
• Monitor KPIs and execute operational plans.

Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or Engineering (Master’s preferred).
• Minimum 10 years of experience in operations, business development, and sales.
• Strong understanding of startup ecosystems, venture investment processes, and early‑stage company operations.
• Strong skills in leadership, analysis, project management, and communication.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with fluency in English.
