The MEP Supervisor coordinates the installation, maintenance, and repair works in various facilities managed by the Facilities Maintenance department of Agility Logistics Parks. This role is responsible for ensuring work sites are maintained in compliant and safe conditions.
Your Responsibilities- Supervise a team of technicians and electricians in the execution of contract requirements; assign team members to various projects / sites
- Conduct regular site inspections; inspect and maintain building systems (heating, ventilation, etc.)
- Observe and prepare daily reports and highlight any non-compliance to regulations or contract specifications
- Follow up on completion all site related Issues
- Demonstrate proficiency in explaining all policies, services, and delivery schedules to clients
- Ensure adherence to quality standards and health and safety regulations; oversee and ensure housekeeping, maintenance, safety and security are carried out as per standard regulations ; actively encourage safe working practices on site at all times
- Train, manage and evaluate all technicians assigned to various sites; ensure that the site and the facility is organized and meets quality standards at all times
- Maintain a site filing system including tracking and entering all data for the monthly management record
- Monitor inventory of materials and equipment
- Develops and maintains a preventive maintenance schedule program for applicable equipment and machineries
- Prepare weekly maintenance schedules and allocate work
- Dispatching maintenance work orders and technicians at a shortest possible time as per KPI requirements
- Researching and gathering information related to vendors, contractors, equipment and supplies
- Serve as the liaison between the site operations manager and site supervisors
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or relevant technical education
- Minimum 3 years’ professional level work experience in a similar industry, with 2 years’ supervisory experience
- Solid understanding of health and safety regulations and practices
- Flexibility in dealing with simultaneous projects
- Effective written and verbal communication skills; excellent in English, Arabic is a plus
- Computer proficient
- Customer service orientation with strong interpersonal skills
- Good organization skills
