Job SummaryYou are responsible for managing large-scale (mega) project(s) and directing consulting interventions across a number of functional areas to optimize the benefits from inputs of external expertise and contribute to the operational improvements through leading different programs in line with company strategy. The complexity of the project(s) plan(s) involves the job holder in multiple negotiations at all levels, including where appropriate, external bodies and the need to network across both organisational and international boundaries to achieve project(s) objectives.

MainDuties & Responsibilities:
- Participates in the development and implementation of project management policies, processes and procedures to ensure all relevant procedural/legislative requirements are fulfilled.
- Manages operations of project management by providing guidance, encouraging teamwork and facilitating related professional work processes in order to achieve high performance standards.
- Prepares the development of project management budget, and monitors financial performance versus the budget to ensure alignment.
- Manages large-scale (mega) projects or/and several small/medium scale projects that requires outside consulting interventions to ensure that efficient flow of projects activities and enhance the profit.
- Meets with project managers and project leaders to review progress on projects and agree how communication program can be further strengthened and optimised.
- Monitors the progress of external consulting projects and works with both the line function and the consultants to ensure objectives are met and outcomes are optimised.
- Acts as the authority across all issue escalation channels for all relevant program/project stakeholders.
- Oversees the continuous review and improvement of project management policies, systems and processes to ensure they are fit-for-purpose and sets policies for third party engagements and measure the effectiveness of supplier’s/service providers.
- Builds key internal (and external) stakeholder relationships in order to address wider business needs.
- Manages the effective achievement of objectives by setting individual targets, developing and motivating staff in order to maximise subordinate performance.
- Directs project team compliance with contract terms, monitors subcontractors' progress, performance and compliance with contractual commitments; participates in contract dispute resolution and litigation concerning project performance, administration, and other liability issues; reviews and approves design subcontractor and vendor invoices, and resolves payment disputes.
- Develops and manages cash flow budget of the assigned project and achieving stand – alone financial sustainability during project execution.
