Job Requirements- A minimum of 10 to 15 years of progressive experience in project management, with a demonstrated track record of success in delivering large and complex projects on time and within budget
- Proven expertise in project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum, Waterfall) and a strong grasp of PMBOK standards
- Advanced understanding of financial management principles as they pertain to project budgeting, forecasting, and resource allocation
- Exceptional communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization
- Strong leadership abilities, with experience managing cross‑functional teams effectively while fostering collaboration and accountability
- Experience with risk‑management strategies and the implementation of mitigation plans to address potential project challenges
- Ability to utilize project management software (e.g., Microsoft Project, JIRA, Asana) and other tools to enhance productivity and collaborative efforts
- Proven ability to balance multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining a high level of detail and organization
