We are seeking a dedicated and self‑driven Project Manager to join our office in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.

Location:

Riyadh, Saudi Arabia

• Oversee projects from initiation to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
• Supervise on‑site installations, ensuring compliance with design and quality standards.
• Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, and site teams to resolve on‑site challenges promptly.
• Develop and manage comprehensive project plans and documentation.
• Maintain strong client relationships and conduct regular meetings with stakeholders.
• Coordinate approvals for technical drawings and make revisions to shop drawings as needed.
• Manage order processing, shipping documents, and customs clearance.
• Prepare price quotations, invoices, and handle financial documentation.
• Provide post‑installation support and address customer inquiries and complaints.
• Collaborate with project managers and gather all relevant project information.

• Proven experience in project management and site supervision, with a focus on cost control and documentation.
• Strong planning abilities and meticulous attention to detail.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings.
• Familiarity with Preciosa Lighting's product portfolio is an advantage.
• Proficiency in MS Office 365 (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and CRM tools.
• Bachelor's degree in engineering, architecture, surveying, project management, construction management, or a related field.
• Fluency in Arabic and English, with the ability to conduct business in both languages.
• Willingness to travel, primarily within Saudi Arabia.
