Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the planning, scheduling, and execution of landscape and construction projects, ensuring alignment with project goals and contractual requirements.
  • Manage day-to-day project operations, including resource allocation, subcontractor coordination, and site supervision.
  • Prepare and monitor project budgets, forecasts, cash flows, and progress reports to ensure financial and operational alignment.
  • Conduct regular site inspections to ensure compliance with safety regulations, quality standards, and technical specifications.
  • Identify and mitigate project risks, resolving issues promptly to avoid delays or cost overruns.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for clients, consultants, and internal stakeholders, ensuring smooth communication and project transparency.
  • Review and approve technical drawings, material submittals, method statements, and work programs.
  • Lead project teams, providing clear direction, performance feedback, and guidance to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Manage procurement schedules and coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials and services.
  • Ensure all required documentation, including project handover files, as-built drawings, and closeout reports, is completed accurately and on time.
Qualifications & Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Landscape Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
  • Proven experience managing medium to large-scale construction or landscape projects.
  • Strong knowledge of project management methodologies, construction processes, and site operations.
  • Proficiency in project management tools such as MS Project or Primavera.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and decision-making skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
  • Familiarity with local regulations, safety standards, and quality control procedures.
  • PMP certification is an advantage.
