Associate Director – Operations & Maintenance (Theme Parks & Amusements)

We are currently seeking a Director O&M for a leading client-side organisation in KSA. The role will involve the management of operation and maintenance delivered to rides and attractions across a large portfolio of assets. Candidates must hail from a hands‑on operational engineering background. They will oversee all O&M delivered to the assets, ensuring a high level of compliance, adhering to international best practice and safety standards.

The individual will be a degree holder, will have safety awareness and a high level of technical knowledge, both operationally and strategically. In addition, they will have experience in contract management, budgetary responsibilities and understand the procurement process to ensure business continuity. The individual should be highly motivated, have attention to detail to ensures the highest standards of operational excellence, asset reliability and guest safety.

• Direct daily operation and maintenance of all technical systems — including rides & attractions, show control systems, theatrical equipment, building systems, and utilities.
• Contribute to business planning, budgeting, and KPI setting for technical services.
• Ensure all maintenance and operations activities comply with international safety codes

• Bachelor’s Degree
• Must hail from an engineering background
• Technical expertise in the maintenance of large entertainment facilities
• Budgeting, vendor management, and financial acumen and procurement
• Familiarity with International Health and Safety standards
