Senior Project Manager

Responsibilities

• Develop comprehensive project plans, including objectives, resources, and timelines.
• Prepare essential project documentation such as project charters and work plans.
• Lead project teams to execute plans efficiently and effectively.
• Coordinate activities across different teams to ensure alignment with project goals.
• Monitor project progress using Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
• Conduct periodic evaluations to ensure adherence to schedules and budgets.
• Track expenses and control budgets to prevent cost overruns.
• Provide accurate cost forecasts and update budgets as needed.
• Identify and analyze potential risks that may impact project progress.
• Develop risk mitigation strategies and implement contingency plans when necessary.
• Prepare regular reports for senior management on project status and progress.
• Deliver accurate financial and operational performance analyses for projects.
• Communicate with stakeholders and vendors to meet their needs and expectations.
• Organize regular meetings to discuss project progress and challenges.
• Support team development through training and guidance.
• Foster a culture of collaboration and teamwork within the team.
• Research and apply best practices in project management to improve efficiency.
• Recommend improvements to processes and procedures.
• Maintain organized project documentation and ensure timely updates and distribution.

• Bachelor’s degree in project management, Engineering, or a related field.
• 2–6 years of relevant experience with proven expertise in project execution.

• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Excellent time management and organizational abilities.
• Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Jira, or similar).
• Ability to analyze data and prepare detailed reports.
• Problem-solving and risk management capabilities
