• Managing the assigned Dark Stores (1-2 DS) effectively across fulfillment and logistics functions.
• Ensure that Consumables (Packaging Material) consumption is optimized among warehouses and wastage is reduced.
• Ensure that all warehouses have basic safety stocks to avoid disruptions in order processing.
• Ensure that all teams are using the packaging tools properly and driving the processes on the ground.
• Ensure that Purchases of Consumables from Sellers are accurately accounted for and in‑warding into the WMS and Consumable Management Tools.
• Determine, track and Drive the most important Cost KPIs to achieve the company’s objective of performance and cost.
• Understanding the ERP functions and reports to maximize output and efficiency.
• Train, guide and evaluate new/old warehouse workers with respect to the ERP and best practices.
• Planning and assigning daily work.
• Addressing performance issues and improving productivity on the floor.
• Communicate and collaborate with other team members.

• Minimum 3 years of experience in E-commerce in a related field.
• Ability to write, speak and present effectively and persuasively.
• Excellent Microsoft skills (V‑lookup, Pivot Table, Advanced formulas, etc.)
• Creative and analytical problem solver with a strong desire to constantly grow and evolve.
• Capable of delivering results in a fast‑paced, multi‑tasked, high‑energy environment.
