Stafford Lawrence Ltd is proud to represent one of the world’s premier construction cost consultancies in their search for an MRICS Associate Director
. This is a permanent, high‑profile appointment to lead a team of 6–8 Quantity Surveyors on prestigious building projects across the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, including luxury hotels, resorts, and high‑end residential villas.
We are seeking a leader with the gravitas to report directly to the client and the technical mastery to manage complex pre‑ and post‑contract cycles.
Responsibilities- Lead and manage a team of 6–8 Quantity Surveyors on high‑profile projects.
- Act as the main point of contact for the client, reporting directly to senior stakeholders.
- Oversee and manage complex pre‑contract and post‑contract cost assurance activities.
- Maintain quality, scope, and timing control across luxury projects.
- Chartered Status: MRICS or FRICS (Quantity Surveying route) is essential.
- Education: BSc in Quantity Surveying or Commercial Management from a recognized university.

Experience:
15‑20 years of post‑degree experience within a Construction Cost Consultancy (no main contractor backgrounds). - Sector Expertise: Demonstrable experience in Luxury Hotels, Resorts, or High‑End Villas.
- Leadership: Proven ability to lead and mentor a team of Quantity Surveyors.
- Availability: Maximum 1‑month notice period (Urgent requirement).
- City Locations (Riyadh/Jeddah): 50,000 – 60,000 SAR per month (inclusive of Basic, Accommodation, and Transport).
- Remote Locations: In addition to the salary above, the client provides full Accommodation, Food, and Laundry services.
- Additional Benefits: Medical Insurance, Mobilisation/Demobilisation flights, Professional Subscription, and statutory Saudi Law Bonus.
