We are seeking an experienced Organizational Excellence Manager to lead our initiatives in enhancing operational efficiency and promoting a culture of continuous improvement within our investment, securities, and funds organization. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in organizational development, change management, and performance improvement methodologies. This role is pivotal in driving strategic initiatives that align with our company’s objectives and enhance overall business performance.

Responsibilities

Develop and implement organizational excellence strategies that align with the company's vision and objectives.

Conduct assessments of current processes and systems, identifying areas for improvement and implementing effective solutions.

Facilitate workshops and training sessions to educate employees on best practices in operational excellence and continuous improvement methodologies.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive initiatives that enhance efficiency, reduce waste, and improve service delivery.

Monitor and measure the impact of improvement initiatives, reporting on progress and outcomes to senior leadership.

Lead change management efforts to ensure successful implementation of new processes and practices across the organization.

Establish a framework for performance metrics and KPIs to track organizational performance and drive accountability.

Foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement by encouraging employee engagement and feedback.

Stay current with industry trends and best practices in organizational excellence, ensuring the company remains competitive.

Manage relationships with external consultants and vendors to support organizational development initiatives.

Preferred Candidate

Proven experience in organizational development or a similar role within the investment or financial services sector.

Strong understanding of Lean, Six Sigma, or other process improvement methodologies.

Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think strategically and execute tactically.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of influencing stakeholders at all levels.

Demonstrated ability to lead and manage change in a complex organizational environment.

Experience in training and developing teams to foster a culture of excellence.

Strong project management skills, with a track record of delivering projects on time and within budget.

Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Relevant certifications in organizational excellence or process improvement are a plus.

A degree in Business Administration, Organizational Development, or a related field is preferred.
