Overview of Role/Key Responsibilities

• Develop and recommend a business and financial plan that aligns with the association’s strategic direction as set by the Board.
• Lead and execute the organization's strategic initiatives to ensure effective achievement of goals.
• Guide the association's team to support the fulfillment of its mission, objectives, and strategic targets.
• Cultivate and sustain a productive relationship with government entities including MCIT, NAWA, HRSD and GOSI.
• Cultivate and sustain a productive relationship with private sectors and build a strong partnership and eco-system.
• Champion and nurture the organization's culture and values.
• Establish the organization's leadership position in non-profit sector to have a positive and profound effect on the nation, both on social and economic levels.

• Board Engagement:
  Facilitate Board operations and administration by providing advice, fostering Board-staff interaction, and enhancing the Board's evaluation of the CEO.
• Delivery of Programs and initiatives:
  Supervise the creation, marketing, promotion, delivery, and quality assurance of those programs and initiatives.
• Financial and Operational Oversight:
  Submit an annual budget for Board approval and manage resources responsibly within those parameters in accordance with applicable laws. Collaborate with the Financial Controller to secure financing for the association operations.
• Human Resources Management:
  Oversee staff in compliance with approved policies and legal regulations.
• Community and Public Relations:
  Ensure a strong, positive representation of the association mission and services to stakeholders.
• Regulatory Compliance with government:
  Maintain a solid relationship with relevant government stakeholders through adherence to regulations and ensure the compliance.
• Risk Management

  Make sure to identify and mitigate potential risks, maintaining a comprehensive Risk Register for the association.

• Minimum 10 years in Information Technology and 3-5 years in Internet of Things (IoT) domains.
• Proven leadership capabilities and team management skills.
• Experience in finance is essential.
• Requirement for business administration or IT certification.
• Proficiency in English language is mandatory.
