Procurement Section Supervisor

Premium Solutions Consultancy is looking for a highly experienced Procurement Section Supervisor to take a pivotal role within our client’s operations in Saudi Arabia. The selected candidate will oversee the procurement processes, ensuring that all materials and services required for projects are acquired efficiently and cost-effectively.

• Manage and supervise the procurement team, ensuring that all procurement activities are conducted effectively.
• Implement procurement strategies that align with project requirements and organizational goals.
• Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers to secure competitive pricing and quality products.
• Coordinate with project managers and other departments to determine purchasing needs and specifications.
• Review and approve purchase orders, ensuring compliance with budgetary constraints.
• Monitor supplier performance and conduct regular evaluations to ensure adherence to contract terms.
• Prepare reports on procurement activities, highlighting areas for improvement and efficiency.
• Adhere to health, safety, and environmental policies while overseeing procurement operations.

Hiring for our client in KSA Procurement Section Supervisor:

• 8 to 12 years of experience in a specialty field & 2 yrs as a supervisor
• Construction Exp & Strong Analytical, negotiation, and
• Understanding of Procurement Law and Regulations
• Overseeing the procurement activities related to civil.
• Leadership experience.
• Experienced in the construction field

Working days: 5 days with alternative Saturdays

Working Hours:

8 hrs.

Salary range:

Basic: 10,700 to 15,150 SAR
