We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to provide project management services overseeing the planning, execution, and coordination of digital projects. The successful candidate will ensure alignment with the PMOs strategic goals, governance framework, and delivery expectations throughout the project lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities:
Contractual and Administrative Management:
  • Monitor contractor obligations, ensuring compliance with contract terms and specifications.
  • Track timelines and agreed-upon milestones, applying penalty mechanisms as needed.
  • Manage change requests and scope adjustments efficiently.
Coordination and Communication:
  • Coordinate meetings between contractors and Subject Matter Experts (SMEs).
  • Ensure smooth information flow among all stakeholders.
  • Manage official correspondence and documentation.
  • Facilitate required approvals and permits.
Financial Management, Invoice Processing, and Reporting:
  • Review invoices against completed work and coordinate with SMEs for technical approval.
  • Track payment cycles and settlements, managing financial guarantees effectively.
Financial Tracking and Reporting:
  • Monitor expenditures against the approved budget.
  • Prepare periodic financial reports and regular progress reports for management.
  • Ensure project status reports comply with policies and procedures.
Archiving and Documentation:
  • Maintain all contractual documents and correspondence.
  • Document decisions and changes throughout the project.
  • Prepare final project files and archive lessons learned for future reference.
Qualifications:
  • Strong understanding of project management methodologies and governance frameworks.
  • Excellent communication, coordination, and leadership skills.
  • Familiarity with financial tracking, reporting, and contract management.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
