Responsibilities
- Oversee and direct all project management activities for construction projects from initiation to completion.
- Lead, mentor, and manage a team of project managers, ensuring high performance and professional development.
- Collaborate with clients, architects, engineers, contractors, and subcontractors to define project objectives, scope, and deliverables.
- Ensure full alignment with client requirements, architectural designs, and engineering specifications.
- Act as the primary point of contact for all project-related communications with clients and stakeholders.
- Develop comprehensive project plans covering timelines, budgets, resource allocation, procurement, and risk management.
- Assess, allocate, and optimize project resources including labor, materials, equipment, and subcontractors to maximize efficiency and control costs.
- Coordinate with procurement and HR teams to secure required resources and project support.
- Identify project risks, issues, and constraints such as safety concerns, design conflicts, and supply chain disruptions.
- Develop and implement risk mitigation strategies and contingency plans to ensure uninterrupted project delivery.
- Monitor and track project progress, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to quality standards.
- Provide regular project status reports, dashboards, and presentations to senior management and executives.
- Build and maintain strong stakeholder relationships, resolving conflicts and promoting collaboration.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance project management processes and productivity.
- Implement best practices, project management methodologies, and innovative tools to improve project outcomes.
- Ensure clear, consistent communication throughout the project lifecycle.
- Foster a collaborative, high-performance team culture with clear expectations and accountability.
- Stay informed of industry trends, construction advancements, and regulatory requirements.
- Recommend and implement enhancements to project management strategies and execution approaches.
