Clinic Operations Manager

We are looking for an experienced Clinic Operations Manager to lead the launch and operations of a luxury, female-focused outpatient wellness clinic in Riyadh. This role is responsible for operational excellence, team leadership, client experience, and compliance with Saudi healthcare regulations.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily clinic operations and ensure high-end client experience
• Ensure compliance with MOH, SCFHS, and NPHIES regulations
• Manage clinic performance, KPIs, and P&L
• Lead and develop multidisciplinary teams
• Act as the face of the clinic and manage client relationships
• Coordinate with HQ, marketing, and support functions

• Bachelors degree in Healthcare, Business, Hospitality, or related field
  5+ years of experience in luxury wellness, medical spa, or outpatient clinics
• Strong leadership, client relations, and operational management skills
• English fluency required;
  Arabic preferred
