As a brand rooted in heritage yet built for the future, BHPC Fragrances is experiencing rapid momentum across the GCC. We’re now poised to scale aggressively in KSA a market rich with consumer sophistication, evolving beauty channels, and modern retail transformation.
We are looking for a Country Manager – KSA who can command the room, steer the field, and unlock the true potential of this high-growth region. This is a senior strategic role, best suited for someone who blends commercial sharpness with operational excellence and brings a deep, insider’s understanding of the Saudi fragrance and beauty landscape.
Key Responsibilities- End-to-End Market Leadership: Drive sales strategy, business development, and execution across all fragrance channels in KSA
- Retail & Modern Trade Expansion: Scale presence across perfumery chains, pharmacies, department stores, concept stores and e-retailers
- Distributor & Key Account Management: Own relationships, drive accountability, ensure alignment on stock, activations and visibility
- Team Leadership: Build and manage a KSA team across sales, promoters, and trade marketing (as applicable)
- P&L Ownership: Full accountability for revenue growth, profit margins, trade spends, and ROI metrics
- Consumer & Market Intelligence: Stay ahead of local consumer trends, competitor activity, pricing shifts and regulatory changes
- Fragrance Rollouts & Launches: Lead product activation plans, coordinate new variant introductions and seasonal campaigns
- Regulatory & Registration Oversight: Liaise with local authorities and internal stakeholders to ensure full compliance
- Reporting & Governance: Regular reporting to regional HQ, ensure alignment with group vision and KPIs
- Minimum 10+ years of leadership experience in fragrance, beauty, cosmetics or premium FMCG
- Demonstrated success scaling brands in KSA
, especially across Tier 1 cities and key retailer groups - Strong command of Saudi commercial laws, cultural nuances, and consumer behaviour
- Existing relationships with major Saudi retailers, buyers, and distributors
- Exceptional skills in negotiation, budgeting, team-building and retail execution
- Fluent in Arabic & English (mandatory)
- Based in KSA or open to relocation with immediate availability
