IC İçtaş Construction is a global brand with over 50 years of experience in domestic and international projects. Since its establishment, the company has successfully completed numerous projects ranging from airports, ports, marinas, roads, and bridges to high-speed railways, high-capacity power plants, and tourism facilities.
We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Contract Manager to lead contract administration and commercial management activities for our road project in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.
Requirements- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Civil Engineering from an accredited university.
- 20+ years of professional experience in contract management within large-scale construction and infrastructure projects.
- Minimum 5+ years of experience as a Contract Manager, managing contract administration and commercial matters throughout the project lifecycle.
- Prior experience in Saudi Arabia or the Middle East is a significant advantage.
- Excellent command of English (written and spoken);
Arabic is considered an asset. - Proficiency in MS Office Suite.
- Strong leadership, organizational, and stakeholder management capabilities.
- Exceptional negotiation, interpersonal, and communication skills.
- A self-driven, result-oriented professional with a strong sense of ownership.
- Lead and manage all contract administration activities throughout the project lifecycle, ensuring compliance with contractual obligations, company policies, and project requirements.
- Review, interpret, and administer EPC, subcontractor, supplier, and client contracts while identifying contractual risks and opportunities.
- Prepare, evaluate, and negotiate contract amendments, variations, claims, and other contractual correspondence with clients and subcontractors.
- Coordinate with project management, engineering, procurement, legal, and commercial teams to ensure contractual alignment across all project activities.
- Monitor contractual performance, manage change orders, and support dispute avoidance and resolution processes through effective contract management strategies.
- Prepare and present contractual and commercial reports to senior management, highlighting key risks, claims status, variations, and contractual performance.
- Maintain comprehensive contract documentation and ensure timely submission of notices, claims, and other contractual deliverables in accordance with project requirements.
