Role Details
We are seeking an experienced and commercially focused Regional Parts Manager to lead the parts operations across dealerships in Riyadh The role will be responsible for driving parts revenue and profitability optimising inventory and working capital developing people and ensuring consistent operational standards across the region
Key Responsibilities- Lead regional parts operations across multiple dealerships ensuring consistent processes standards and performance against agreed business objectives
- Drive parts sales and profitability across workshop retail wholesale fleet bodyshop and external customer channels identifying opportunities to increase revenue and market share
- Manage inventory and working capital ensuring appropriate stock levels high parts availability improved inventory turnover and effective control of aged obsolete and slow-moving stock
- Monitor and improve key performance indicators including parts revenue gross profit margins inventory turnover availability lost sales external sales and customer satisfaction
- Lead coach and develop the parts team creating a high-performance culture with clear accountability effective succession planning and continuous capability development
- Work closely with OEM partners and Group functions including Service Finance Logistics and Sales to improve supply operational efficiency and commercial performance
- Analyse regional market and business performance using data and financial insight to identify trends risks and opportunities and implement appropriate improvement plans
5+ years' experience in automotive parts or aftersales, with a proven track record within a dealership or dealer group. Previous multi-site or regional management experience, with the ability to lead Parts Managers and teams across multiple locations. Strong commercial and financial understanding, including parts sales, gross profit, pricing, inventory investment, working capital, and profitability management. Extensive knowledge of automotive parts operations, including forecasting, ordering, stock management, distribution, wholesale, and workshop requirements.
Strong leadership and people-development skills, with the ability to motivate teams, establish accountability, and drive performance improvement. Excellent analytical, communication, negotiation, and stakeholder-management skills, with the ability to work effectively with senior management and OEM partners. Fluent English is essential;
Arabic, GCC automotive market experience, and familiarity with automotive DMS/parts systems would be highly advantageous.
