Weare seeking an experienced and results-driven Cost Control Chief tomanage and oversee cost control activities for our road project in Riyadh,Saudi Arabia.

• Bachelor’sdegree in Civil Engineering from an accredited university
• 15+years of experience in infrastructure projects such as bridges,underpasses, overpasses, roads, and highways.
• Minimum5+ years of proven experience as a Cost Control Chief, managing cost control functions on large-scale infrastructure works.
• Excellentcommand of English (written and spoken);
  Arabic proficiency is a plus.

• Develop and implement comprehensive cost control systems for roads and bridgesproject, ensuring accurate tracking of expenses and adherence to budgets,which will enhance overall project profitability.
• Conduct detailed cost analysis and prepare financial reports to provide insights into project performance, identifying variances and recommendingcorrective actions to project managers.
• Collaborate with project managers and engineers to establish project budgets, ensuring that all cost estimates are realistic and aligned with project objectives.
• Monitorongoing project expenses, providing regular updates to senior management regarding financial status and potential risks that could impact budgetadherence.
• Leadcost forecasting efforts, utilizing historical data and market trends topredict future expenses and adjust budgets accordingly to maintain financial health.
• Evaluate subcontractor bids and proposals, ensuring that all costs are justifiedand aligned with project specifications, which will contribute to informed decision-making.
• Implement and maintain effective change order processes to manage scope changes andtheir financial implications, ensuring that all adjustments are documented and approved.
