Weare seeking an experienced and results-driven Planning & Reporting Manager to manage planning, scheduling, and reporting activities forour road project in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.

• 15+years of experience in infrastructure projects such as bridges,underpasses, overpasses, roads, and highways.
• Minimum5+ years of proven experience as a Planning & Reporting Manager,managing project schedules, progress tracking, and reporting onlarge-scale infrastructure works.
• Excellentcommand of English (written and spoken);
  Arabic proficiency is a plus.
• Proficiency in Primavera P6 and MS Office Suite.

• Develop and implement comprehensive project schedules for roads and bridges,utilizing Primavera P6 to create baseline schedules that ensure all tasksare tracked and milestones are achieved.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather project requirements and translate them into actionable plans that align with organizational goals and timelines.
• Monitor project progress and performance metrics, using Primavera P6 and otherdata analysis tools to identify areas for improvement and ensure adherence to baseline or revised schedules.
• Preparation of detailed monthly, weekly, and daily reports for stakeholders,highlighting project status, resource allocation, and potential risks to facilitate informed decision-making.
• Conduct regular meetings with project teams to review progress, address challenges, and adjust recovery schedules as necessary to meet project objectives.
• Leadthe risk management process by identifying potential project risks and developing mitigation strategies to minimize impact on project delivery.
