Urgent Hiring – Country Manager | KSA
XAD Technologies is looking for an experienced Country Manager to lead operations, drive business growth, and develop new business opportunities in Saudi Arabia.
Requirements- 15–18 years of relevant experience, preferably with strong KSA experience
- Bachelor's degree in Telecommunications / Telecom Engineering – Mandatory
- Must be currently residing in KSA
- Strong experience in Telecom Mobile & Fixed Networks
- Experience in Technical Operations & Project Management
- Strong knowledge of HR & Administration
- Excellent Vendor Management & Relationship Management skills
- Strong Business Development and client relationship experience
- Experience in Budgeting, Costing, Forecasting & Financial Management
- Strong knowledge of KSA labor laws, policies, regulations and compliance
- Hands-on knowledge of KSA visa, Iqama, manpower hiring and employee transfer processes
- Understanding of relevant government platforms and HR/visa procedures in KSA
- Ability to manage recruitment, manpower planning and workforce requirements
- Proven ability to bring new business, strategic improvements and positive changes to the organization
- Strong leadership skills with a proven track record of business growth and operational excellence
Location: KSA
Only candidates currently residing in KSA with relevant Telecom experience and strong knowledge of KSA policies, laws, HR and visa management will be considered.
