Core Resposnibilities:

• Conducts the requisite analysis to assess the performance, revenue and profitability of lending products services against established plans.
• Designs lending products based on understanding of consumer needs, competitive landscape, internal and external environment etc. in order to increase the customer base for SAB.
• Develops the new products value proposition, specifications and features to translate the conceptualized design in to product offerings.
• Liaises with key stakeholders from Customer Relationship Management through periodic meetings to collate data related to consumer requirements, market trends, economic trends, competitor analysis etc. for ensuring a holistic understanding of the internal and external environment while development of new lending products.
• Manages the coordination of new lending products development efforts facilitating the development cross-functional teams (Information Technology, Branches, Marketing, Legal and Risk etc.) for implementation plans, marketing and communication, legal andamp; compliance issues etc.
• Manages the development of value proposition training manuals, sales training and sales support on the new products offering to ensure effective communication of the product value proposition at all times.
• Provides any product specific inputs for development of effective marketing programs and campaigns to drive product demand, increase customer acquisition, retention from conceptualization and execution to analytical support.
• Works in close coordination with key stakeholders from Marketing for all aspects pertaining to development of marketing and promotional campaigns for launch and promotion of new product offerings.
• Works in close coordination with key stakeholders from the Retail Banking andamp;
  Wealth Management through periodic meetings to understand the specific business requirements related to lending products.
• Works in close coordination with Senior Manager Lending Products for development of commercial service description for new lending products and ensures adherence to profitability and cost-efficiency guidelines.
• Identifies and evaluates potential partners for requisite support on all matters related to launch and promotion of the new products as required.
• Manages the preparation of requisite reports (weekly/monthly/quarterly/ad-hoc) and MIS through periodic reviews to ensure accuracy and timeliness in reporting the right information for facilitating informed decision making.

Role Requirements:

• Around 5 years of experience in Personal Finance Product management.
• Strong technical background in perosnal banking products.
