Operations Manager

We are looking for a skilled and experienced Operations Manager to lead and optimize the daily operations of our organization. The Operations Manager will be responsible for driving operational efficiency, maintaining compliance, and aligning cross-functional processes to achieve our strategic business goals.

• Oversee day-to-day operations to ensure smooth, cost-effective, and efficient workflows across departments
• Develop, implement, and continuously improve operational systems, processes, and best practices
• Manage resource planning, procurement, inventory, and supply chain activities
• Ensure all organizational activities remain compliant with applicable laws, regulations, and internal policies
• Define and execute strategic and operational objectives aligned with company goals
• Analyze financial data, KPIs, and performance metrics to drive profitability and informed decision-making
• Lead, mentor, and coach operational teams to foster accountability and high performance
• Collaborate with senior leadership to report on operations performance and identify improvement opportunities

• 5+ years of proven experience as an Operations Manager or in a similar senior operational role
• Strong knowledge of organizational effectiveness and operations management principles
• Demonstrated experience in budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning
• Solid understanding of business and financial management principles
• Exceptional communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
• Proven leadership ability with experience managing cross-functional teams
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field
