- Take ownership of the project’s overall success and driveits strategic objectives.
- Develop and execute project plans, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
- Collaborate with key stakeholders to define project scope,objectives, and deliverables.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with business leaders, government entities, and industry partners.
- Build and lead a cross-functional team to implement project activities effectively.
- Foster a collaborative and inclusive work environment,ensuring each team member contributes to project success.
- Contribute to the development of a comprehensive strategy for the Business Excellence Rewarding Body.
- Identify and assess potential risks, developing mitigation plans to ensure successful project delivery.
- Design and implement a recognition program that aligns with international business excellence standards.
- Ensure the program reflects the cultural and businessnuances of the Saudi market.
- Implement robust quality assurance processes to maintain the highest standards in all project deliverables.
- Conduct regular reviews to assess project progress andadjust plans as necessary.
- Prepare and present regular progress reports to key stakeholders.
- Maintain accurate and detailed documentation of all project activities.
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in project management,with a proven track record of successfully delivering complex initiatives.
- Fluency in Arabic is essential for effective communication with stakeholders.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Experience in developing and implementing recognition oraward programs is highly desirable.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to navigate cultural nuances and tailor strategies for the Saudi business environment.
