Scope The Site Program Leader operates within large-scale, mission critical Data Center programs, managing multiple stakeholders across EPC, OEM, General Contractor, and customer organizations in an international and multicultural environment. Typical assignments include 50MW+ projects delivered as part of multi- project programs exceeding €100M, covering construction, installation, testing, commissioning, and handover activities. In multi-site Data Center program, the Site Program Leader also provides leadership, governance, coaching, and functional oversight to Site Managers, Commissioning supervisors, HSE Managers, QA/QC Managers, Logistics Managers, and local & regional service teams.
He will work in close collaboration with program technical director and Global Program Director.
- Operate within large-scale, mission-critical Data Center programs.
- Manage multiple stakeholders across EPC, OEM, General Contractor, and customer organizations in an international and multicultural environment.
- Deliver 50MW+ projects as part of multi-project programs exceeding €100M.
- Cover construction, installation, testing, commissioning, and handover activities.
- Provide leadership, governance, coaching, and functional oversight to Site Managers, Commissioning supervisors, HSE Managers, QA/QC Managers, Logistics Managers, and local & regional service teams in multi-site Data Center programs.
- Work in close collaboration with program technical director and Global Program Director.
- Mandatory Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Construction Management, or related discipline.
- Preferred Master's Degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or Project Management.
- 15+ years of site management and construction leadership experience.
- Proven experience delivering large and complex industrial or mission-critical projects for multiple construction sites simultaneously, operating within multi-customer projects environments and coordinating multiple contractors and stakeholders across complex project portfolio.
- Demonstrated experience leading multi-site Data Center programs, including hyperscale campus developments, with responsibility for managing regional or program-level construction organizations and coordinating multiple project teams across dispersed locations.
