Your Role- Lead scalable commercial strategies to maximize project profitability and growth
- Foster cross-functional collaboration with engineering finance and operations teams
- Ensure reliability in contract management and risk mitigation across all phases
- Champion innovative approaches to commercial models and business development
- Promote knowledge sharing and mentor team members to build commercial expertise

How Success Is Measured- Achievement of delivery timelines and strategic commercial goals
- Effective collaboration and leadership across multidisciplinary teams
- Reduction of defects efficient troubleshooting and process optimization
- Bachelor s or Master s degree in Business, Engineering, or related field.
- Minimum 10 years experience in commercial management within large-scale infrastructure or transportation projects.
- Expertise in contract negotiation, financial analysis, and project delivery.
- Strong understanding of commercial risk, market trends, and regulatory frameworks.
- Proven leadership, strategic thinking, and stakeholder management skills.
