you ll work closely with teams across the business Operations Maintenance Engineering Commercial Finance HR and Business Development oversee all service projects drive continuous improvement and much more You ll specifically take care of leading service project directors and managing operations and maintenance activities but also contribute to strategic growth initiatives and long-term partnerships We ll look to you for Leading all service projects across Saudi Arabia including Metro Operations Railway System Maintenance and Transit System Services Ensuring safe reliable and efficient project execution aligned with contractual commitments and customer expectations Driving operational excellence governance and continuous improvement across projects Owning the Services portfolio s P amp L performance and ensuring financial transparency and cost control Building trusted relationships with clients authorities and stakeholders across Saudi Arabia s transport ecosystem Mentoring and developing project directors and leadership teams fostering a high-performance culture

• Bachelor s degree in Engineering Transportation Operations Management or a related field
• Master s degree is a plus
• 20 years of experience in railway or urban mobility services
• Strong operational background in railway or metro operations
• Proven experience leading large-scale Operations amp Maintenance organizations
• Experience managing complex multi-project service portfolios with full P amp L accountability
• Knowledge of the GCC and or Saudi Arabia market preferred
• Strong leadership and stakeholder management capabilities
• Experience supporting bids mobilization and strategic growth initiatives
