We are partnering with an international Engineering & Construction business entering a major growth phase across the Middle East. Driven by recent, high-profile project awards and a commitment to Saudi Arabia's Vision 2030, the company is rapidly building out its core project delivery team in Riyadh.

Led by an executive team with a proven track record of scaling regional operations from single digits to over 1,000 employees, this is a rare opportunity to join at the foundational stage of a major regional expansion.

We are seeking a highly capable Project Lead / Senior Project Manager to take the helm on complex, high-tech construction projects, with a primary focus on data centers.

Second in charge to the GCC DC Project Director - this position offers the unique chance to help shape and define project delivery in the region from day one. You will step directly into live, highly complex projects, enjoying a strong blend of hands-on technical responsibility and high-level strategic influence.

• Lead Project Delivery: Take ownership of complex, high-tech construction projects (data centers, semiconductors, biotech) from inception through to successful handover.
• Shape Regional Operations: Actively contribute to building and refining project delivery frameworks, standard operating procedures, and best practices for the new Riyadh core team.
• Team Leadership: Guide, mentor, and scale a high-performing project team in alignment with the company’s ambitious growth trajectory.
• Stakeholder Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, sub-contractors, and internal global stakeholders, ensuring alignment with Vision 2030 objectives.
• Technical & Commercial Oversight: Maintain rigorous control over project schedules, budgets, technical compliance, quality standards, and health and safety regulations.

  Experience:
  
  Proven track record as a Senior Project Manager or Project Lead within a general contractor environment.
• High-Tech Expertise: Direct experience delivering mission-critical facilities, specifically data centers, semiconductors, or advanced biotech facilities.
• Leadership Capabilities: Demonstrated ability to lead teams through complex, fast-paced project life cycles.
• Entrepreneurial Mindset: A proactive problem-solver who thrives in a high-growth, foundational environment rather than relying on established legacy systems.
• Regional Knowledge: Experience working in the Middle East is highly advantageous, with a strong understanding of the KSA market and Vision 2030 initiatives.
• Education: Degree qualified in Construction Management, Civil/Electrical/Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
