We seek a visionary Deputy Project Director to drive the delivery of transformative rail solutions in Saudi Arabia. You will lead alongside passionate teams, navigating complex challenges and ensuring our projects leave a lasting legacy for communities and the industry. As a senior leader, your decisions will shape the future of mobility and inspire excellence across the organization.

• Oversee large-scale project execution, ensuring scalability and sustainable growth in alignment with Alstom's global standards.
• Foster cross-functional collaboration between engineering, operations, and client stakeholders to achieve seamless project integration.
• Implement robust processes to guarantee reliability, safety, and compliance throughout all project phases.
• Champion innovation by introducing advanced technologies and methodologies to optimize project outcomes.
• Promote knowledge sharing and mentorship, cultivating a culture of continuous improvement and leadership development.

You'll work with sharp, committed teams solving complex challenges that shape the future of mobility, ensuring seamless integration of business and technology.

• Master's degree in Engineering, Project Management, or related field.
• Minimum 15 years of experience in large-scale infrastructure or rail projects, with at least 5 years in senior leadership roles.
• Expertise in project management tools, risk assessment, and contract negotiation.
• Deep understanding of rail systems, safety standards, and regulatory compliance.
• Exceptional leadership, strategic thinking, and stakeholder management skills, with proven ability to drive high-performing teams.

• On-time delivery of project milestones and achievement of strategic objectives.
• Effective collaboration and leadership across multidisciplinary teams.
• Reduction in project defects, enhanced efficiency, and proactive troubleshooting.

• Work with cutting-edge rail technology and contribute to Alstom's strategic vision.
