Job Description ## About the RoleBEC Arabia is seeking a seasoned
** Program Director
** to join our Management Office in Riyadh and lead the execution of some of the Kingdom's most ambitious construction and infrastructure projects. As a key member of our leadership team, you will oversee large-scale, multi-disciplinary programs aligned with Saudi Vision 2030, including giga-projects, smart cities, and critical infrastructure developments. This role is pivotal to ensuring that BEC Arabia delivers on its commitment to excellence, innovation, and  this role, you will manage cross-functional teams, coordinate with high-profile clients such as NEOM, Saudi Aramco, and the Public Investment Fund, and ensure that projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Your day-to-day activities will include strategic planning, stakeholder engagement, risk management, and performance monitoring. Key Responsibilities
* ** Lead
* * the planning, execution, and delivery of large-scale construction and infrastructure programs, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives and client expectations.
* ** Develop
* * comprehensive program management plans, including scope, schedule, budget, and resource allocation.
* ** Coordinate
* * with internal departments, external consultants, contractors, and government entities to ensure seamless program execution.
* ** Monitor
* * program performance using KPIs and dashboards, ensuring timely reporting to stakeholders and executive leadership.
* ** Ensure
* * compliance with Saudi Building Code (SBC), Saudi Labor Law, and all relevant safety and quality standards, including ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001.
* ** Manage
* * risks proactively by identifying potential issues, developing mitigation strategies, and implementing corrective actions.
* ** Foster
* * strong relationships with clients, ensuring their needs are met and expectations exceeded.
* ** Oversee
* * contract negotiations, procurement processes, and vendor management to ensure cost-effectiveness and quality.
* ** Drive
* * innovation by promoting the adoption of digital construction tools such as BIM and Primavera P6.
* ** Mentor
* * and develop team members, fostering a culture of excellence, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
* ** Ensure
* * adherence to Saudization (Nitaqat) requirements and support the professional development of Saudi nationals within the team.##

Required Qualifications
* ** Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field**.
* ** 15+ years of experience
** in program or project management within the construction or infrastructure sectors, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
* ** Professional certifications
** such as PMP, PgMP, or equivalent.
* Proven expertise in managing multi-billion-dollar programs with complex stakeholder environments.
* Proficiency in
** Primavera P6**, BIM tools, and other project management software.
* Familiarity with Saudi Building Code (SBC) and compliance with Saudi Labor Law.
