The individual should have the ability to drive change and unlock value across complex organisations, by ensuring the delivery of key transformation initiatives designed and implemented by the team.

The individual should have the ability to drive change and unlock value across complex organisations, by ensuring the delivery of key transformation initiatives designed and implemented by the team.

• Provide impactful advice to help the transformation process across complex organisations, across all sectors in the portfolio
• Provide credible transformational insights to the senior management team and ensure their successful implementation
• You will be working with other senior operating partners and executive-level professionals to both identify and then implement growth and transformation initiatives within the existing portfolio
• This firm has a broad investment remit and you will get the opportunity to work with a range of high-profile organizations. It deploys significant capital and has a vigorous throughput of deals which translates into the opportunity to drive performance improvements across large, multi-territory, complex businesses

• Candidates should have experience of delivering transformation in international corporates. This could be either a top-tier consultancy firm, advising such corporates and/or from the corporate themselves, as a senior operational / transformational executive
• Significant operational experience of delivering transformational support to businesses across sectors
• Excellent interpersonal skills and credibility to coach and influence a CEO
• Credible with portfolio companies' C-suite, takes accountability for results and influence with sound judgement, credibility and high humility
• Ability and willingness to be located in Riyadh, full-time
