EXA NOTION is seeking an organized and proactive Project Manager to join its team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The role focuses on managing projects from initial client requirements through implementation and final delivery, while coordinating effectively between clients, production teams, and implementation teams.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing schedules, tracking project progress, coordinating deliverables, handling client feedback, and ensuring that final outputs meet agreed requirements and quality standards. The position requires strong organizational abilities, effective communication, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

• Manage projects from receipt of client requirements through implementation and final delivery.
• Translate client requirements into clear tasks and coordinate execution with project teams.
• Prepare and monitor project schedules, work plans, milestones, and delivery dates.
• Coordinate continuously between clients and production or implementation teams.
• Monitor project progress and identify potential delays, risks, or delivery challenges.
• Follow up on project amendments, revisions, and client feedback.
• Ensure project deliverables meet agreed requirements and quality standards before final delivery.
• Maintain clear and professional communication with clients throughout the project lifecycle.
• Manage multiple project priorities while maintaining timelines and delivery commitments.
• Support effective coordination between internal teams and external stakeholders.
