We are seeking a highly experienced Director of Facilities Management with an engineering background to lead FM operations, drive business growth, and secure major contracts. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience with mega projects, major clients, and leading international or regional companies, with a proven ability to bring new business to the organization.
Key Responsibilities- Lead the strategic development and operational performance of the Facilities Management division.
- Identify and secure new business opportunities across government, commercial, hospitality, healthcare, and infrastructure sectors.
- Leverage established relationships with major developers, government entities, consultants, and asset owners to generate business.
- Lead client engagement, prequalification, tendering, proposals, negotiations, and contract acquisition.
- Oversee integrated FM operations, including MEP, maintenance, asset management, and service delivery.
- Ensure profitability, cost control, contract compliance, and achievement of operational KPIs.
- Build and lead a high-performing FM team and establish effective service delivery standards.
- Represent the company in strategic client meetings and business development activities.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering;
Mechanical, Electrical, Civil, or related discipline. - 25+ years of progressive experience in Facilities Management, Engineering Operations, or related fields.
- Proven experience in senior leadership roles within major FM, construction, or integrated services organizations.
- Strong track record of bringing new business and securing major FM contracts.
- Experience managing mega projects, large-scale facilities, and complex client portfolios.
- Established relationships with major developers, government entities, consultants, and strategic clients in Saudi Arabia or the GCC.
- Strong knowledge of integrated FM services, commercial management, P&L, and contract governance.
- Excellent leadership, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Excellent command of English;
Arabic is an advantage.
