Company Description
At SAP, you'll belong to a global community that grows together. Expect inclusive teams, international collaboration across time zones, and continuous learning through academies, mentoring, and certifications. We celebrate diverse perspectives, encourage experimentation, and give you the flexibility to do your best work-where curiosity, impact, and career mobility thrive.
Job Description What You'll BringYou bring more than 15 years of experience in enterprise software and the cloud industry, including a decade in sales leadership roles in enterprise applications and cloud software. You've led diverse operational and functional organisations for at least three to five years and have direct P&L management experience. Your track record shows you can build, lead, and retain high-performing teams. You're confident as an executive sponsor on targeted sales opportunities and bring solid skills in business strategy and knowledge management.
A Bachelor's degree is required; a Master's or MBA is preferred.
As Chief Business Officer for the MEA-N Cluster, you'll drive continuous improvement with a focus on profitability. You'll align shared services resources to hit profit targets, act as proxy for the Regional GM, and own revenue delivery across all customer segments — software, cloud, and SSRS. Exceeding Annual Operating Income and Customer Satisfaction targets is a core part of the role.
You'll build scalable go-to-market assets and tools for deal road mapping and business planning, deploy an enablement acceleration model — especially in fast-growth markets — and drive adoption of shared processes including budgeting, expense management, and margin monitoring. You'll synthesise market signals, shape solution strategies, and translate insights into action so customers see real value and the business grows.
You'll lead a regional organisation where pace, accountability, and results matter. You'll identify and develop successors, build strong teams and coalitions, and keep employee satisfaction high. SAP is an equal opportunity employer. We do not discriminate on the basis of race, colour, religion, sex, national origin, sexual orientation, disability, age, or any other non‑merit factor.
