Job Description Our client a government entity is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead the establishment of a Business Excellence Rewarding Body in Saudi Arabia The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in driving strategic initiatives ensuring the successful execution of the project and contributing to the development of a comprehensive recognition program for businesses in the region Fluency in Arabic is mandatory for effective communication with stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities- Project Leadership
- Take ownership of the project s overall success and drive its strategic objectives Develop and execute project plans ensuring alignment with organizational goals - Stakeholder Management
- Collaborate with key stakeholders to define project scope objectives and deliverables Establish and maintain strong relationships with business leaders government entities and industry partners - Team Collaboration
- Build and lead a cross-functional team to implement project activities effectively Foster a collaborative and inclusive work environment ensuring each team member contributes to project success - Strategic Planning
- Contribute to the development of a comprehensive strategy for the Business Excellence Rewarding Body Identify and assess potential risks developing mitigation plans to ensure successful project delivery - Program Development
- Design and implement a recognition program that aligns with international business excellence standards Ensure the program reflects the cultural and business nuances of the Saudi market - Quality Assurance
- Implement robust quality assurance processes to maintain the highest standards in all project deliverables Conduct regular reviews to assess project progress and adjust plans as necessary - Reporting and Documentation
- Prepare and present regular progress reports to key stakeholders Maintain accurate and detailed documentation of all project activities
Minimum of 10 years of experience in project management, with a proven track record of successfully delivering complex initiatives. Fluency in Arabic is essential for effective communication with stakeholders. Strong leadership and team management skills. Experience in developing and implementing recognition or award programs is highly desirable. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to navigate cultural nuances and tailor strategies for the Saudi business environment.
