Job DescriptionAn organization in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia is looking for an experienced Operations Manager with a strong background in operational excellence, process optimization, team leadership, cost control, supply chain, and performance management. The role involves managing day-to-day operations, streamlining workflows, and driving organizational productivity.
Key Responsibilities- Manage and optimize day-to-day operational processes across business units
- Develop, implement, and continuously improve Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
- Lead cross-functional teams and drive employee performance, engagement, and productivity
- Manage operational budgets, costs, resource allocation, and overall efficiency
- Oversee supply chain activities, logistics, and inventory control systems
- Establish, monitor, and evaluate key performance indicators (KPIs) and address operational bottlenecks
